Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility Window

• Full 100% Refund Eligible: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time while the order status is "Pending Payment", "Payment Confirmed", or "Order Confirmed", prior to the job entering the physical printing queue.
• Ineligible for Cancellation: Once your order status transitions to "Printing", "Packed", or "Shipped", materials (CR-80 PVC cards, thermal dye film, and polymer overlay) have been consumed specifically for your order. Cancellations and modifications can no longer be processed at this stage.

2. How to Request an Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order before printing commences, please contact us immediately:

1. Call or WhatsApp our support line at +91 98030 60208 (fastest for immediate pre-print halting) or email [email protected].
2. Provide your Order Number (e.g. FPVC-XXXXXX), registered customer name, and mobile number.
3. If printing has not begun, our team will immediately halt the job and initiate a 100% full refund.

3. Cancellation Initiated by Fast PVC Print

Fast PVC Print reserves the right to cancel an order under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The uploaded file is corrupt, illegible, password-protected with an incorrect password, and the customer does not provide a working replacement file within 48 hours.
• The delivery address PIN code is completely non-serviceable by all courier partners and India Post Speed Post.
• Unforeseen manufacturing equipment breakdown or stock depletion preventing timely fulfillment.

✓ In any scenario where Fast PVC Print initiates order cancellation, a 100% full refund is immediately credited to the customer.
