1. Information & Documents We Collect

To fulfill your online PVC card printing and doorstep delivery requests, we collect the following categories of information:

• Customer Contact Details: Full name, mobile number, WhatsApp contact number, and email address ([email protected]).
• Delivery & Shipping Information: Complete street address, landmark, city, state, and postal PIN code.
• Uploaded Identification & Graphic Files: Digital documents uploaded by you for physical printing (including e-Aadhaar PDFs, PAN card images, Voter ID cards, Ayushman Health cards, Driving Licenses, Student IDs, Employee identity cards, and custom graphics).
• Transaction & Payment Identifiers: Payment method selected, UPI reference/UTR transaction numbers, or payment gateway transaction IDs. (Note: We never store debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on our servers).

2. Document Confidentiality & Isolated Private Storage

We recognize the highly sensitive nature of national identity credentials and personal documents. We enforce stringent document handling safeguards:

• Isolated Directory Storage: All uploaded files are stored in a private, access-restricted server directory situated outside the public web root. Documents cannot be viewed, crawled, or indexed by search engines or external visitors.
• Zero Commercial Data Sharing / Selling: We strictly NEVER sell, rent, trade, lease, or monetize your personal documents, phone numbers, or identity data to any third-party marketing agencies, advertisers, or lead brokers.
• Role-Based Production Access: Only authorized print technicians and fulfillment personnel are granted temporary access to your files strictly to configure the printer layout and perform physical card sublimation.

3. Purpose & Use of Collected Information

Your information is utilized solely for legitimate operational and fulfillment purposes, including:

• Processing, aligning, and thermal printing your physical PVC smart cards.
• Packaging and generating courier airway bills (AWB) for doorstep delivery via logistics partners (Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post).
• Sending automated order confirmation notifications, live tracking updates, and delivery status alerts.
• Verifying UPI payments and responding to your customer support or quotation inquiries.

4. Document Retention & Deletion Policy

Uploaded document files are retained only for a limited period necessary to guarantee print accuracy, verify receipt, and address any potential reprint or transit damage claims. Once an order is confirmed delivered and the warranty/reprint window has expired, customer document records are routinely purged from our active processing systems. Customers may also request manual immediate deletion of their uploaded files upon delivery by contacting our support team.

5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Security

All online monetary transactions on Fast PVC Print are secured using industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Online card and net-banking transactions are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay) compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Direct UPI payments are processed directly through your bank's UPI network.
