1. Nature of Service (Custom Digital-to-PVC Printing Conversion)

Fast PVC Print operates exclusively as an online custom printing service provider. We provide high-definition thermal and retransfer printing of customer-supplied digital files onto durable, bank-grade CR-80 plastic PVC cards.

Important Declaration: Fast PVC Print is NOT a government agency, authority, or official identification issuer. We do not generate, issue, alter, forge, or modify official government demographic data or records. The printed card is a physical material reproduction of the exact digital document file supplied by the customer.

2. Customer Ownership & Document Authenticity Warranty

By uploading any document or graphic to our platform, you explicitly warrant and agree that:

• You are the legitimate holder, owner, or legally authorized representative of the document submitted for printing.
• You possess full legal rights and authority to convert the uploaded document into a physical PVC plastic format for personal, professional, or institutional utility.
• You shall NOT submit counterfeit, altered, forged, unlawfully obtained, or fraudulent identity documents.
• Fast PVC Print reserves the unconditional right to cancel and decline any order containing suspicious, unlawful, or manipulated content, and report unlawful activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities where mandated by law.

3. Print Clarity & Customer File Quality

The clarity, resolution, sharpness of micro-text, and readability of QR/barcodes on the finished PVC card depend directly on the quality of the file uploaded by the customer.

• Customers are advised to upload original digital PDFs (e.g., e-Aadhaar downloaded from UIDAI, DigiLocker downloads) or high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).
• We cannot be held responsible for low-quality output, blurred text, or unreadable QR codes caused by low-resolution screenshots, blurred phone camera captures, or compressed image uploads.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payment Terms

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Applicable delivery charges, bulk volume discounts, and payment handling fees are displayed during checkout prior to payment.
• We accept payments through Razorpay (Cards, NetBanking), Direct UPI Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For Direct UPI payments, orders will be confirmed for production upon receipt and manual verification of the customer's 12-digit UPI UTR / Reference number.
• Fast PVC Print reserves the right to correct typographical pricing errors or adjust shipping rates prior to order processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Fast PVC Print, its operators, and technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party logistics delays, force majeure events, incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer, or unauthorized file uploads by third parties. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
